Returns & Exchanges

Don’t like it? Pull Patch will make it right!

Pull Patch offers returns on all of our products within 30 days of when you placed your order. If you are not 100% satisfied, for any reason, simply fill out the form below, and one of our friendly Pull Patch Customer Service Representatives will gladly assist you.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags still attached. To complete your return, a sale receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that Gift Cards are non-returnable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on whether your refund has been approved or rejected, based on the criteria mentioned above. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of time.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If at least 14 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve already done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pullpatch.com to have a Pull Patch Customer Service Representative assist you further.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only items purchased at regular price may be refunded. Unfortunately, items bought on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Pull Patch will only replace your item if it was delivered to you as defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please contact us through the form below.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent back to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping
If you would like to return your product, please fill out the form below.

Customers pay for shipping costs on returns and exchanges of products that can no longer be sold. All items must be in its original condition, not damaged, and no missing parts. If the items are still in sellable condition Pull Patch will cover the cost of shipping. 

Depending on where you live, delivery times for receiving your exchanged Pull Patch product may vary.

If you are shipping back an item that is worth over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
