WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?
Finding the right fit is key—because no pup wants a too-tight squeeze or a harness that slips off mid-walk. Measure your dog’s neck and chest at the thickest points, then match those numbers to our size chart (located by the size selector). If your pup is between sizes, go one size up for the best fit. A comfy dog is a happy dog!
IS THE HARNESS 100% VELCRO® COMPATIBLE?
You bet! The hook & loop patch area is 100% Velcro® compatible, meaning you can swap out patches as often as your dog swaps favorite napping spots. Customize away!
DOES THIS HARNESS WORK WITH AN APPLE AIRTAG?
Absolutely! The built-in AirTag slot keeps your pup trackable—because no one wants to go on an unexpected game of hide-and-seek. Just pop in your AirTag (sold separately) and cover it with a hook & loop patch to keep it secure and hidden. Stylish and smart—just like your pup! 🐶📍
HOW DO I PUT THE HARNESS ON MY DOG?
It’s easier than getting them to stay off the couch. Unbuckle the straps, slide it over their head, arrange the bottom straps under their belly, and snap the buckles closed. Adjust the fit using the straps (remember the 2-finger rule—snug but comfy), and you’re ready to roll!
CAN THIS HARNESS STOP MY DOG FROM PULLING?
While we can’t promise to make them a perfect angel overnight, the no-pull front clip helps curb pulling by redirecting their energy. The back clip is great for relaxed walks, while the top handle gives you extra control when they get a little too enthusiastic about squirrels.
IS THIS HARNESS SAFE FOR ALL-DAY WEAR?
As much as your pup might love the look, this harness is designed for walks, training, and adventures—not 24/7 wear. Let them strut their stuff outside, but give them some harness-free lounge time indoors.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE HARNESS?
Dogs get dirty—it’s a fact of life. To clean, hand wash with mild detergent or machine wash in a laundry bag on a gentle cycle. Air dry (no dryers, please) to keep it in top shape for the next adventure.
CAN I USE THIS HARNESS FOR HIKING OR RUNNING?
Absolutely! The PawPatch Track Harness is built for adventurous pups. With its durable design, breathable mesh, and adjustable fit, it’s ready for hikes, jogs, and spontaneous zoomies.
WHAT IF MY DOG DOESN’T LIKE THE HARNESS?
We get it—some dogs are picky. If your pup isn’t feeling it, give them time to adjust. Let them wear it indoors for short periods with plenty of positive reinforcement (read: treats). If it’s still a no-go, reach out—we’ll make it right!
DO YOU HAVE SMALL OR XX-LARGE?
Right now, we don’t offer X-Small or Small sizes—the patch area would be too big for the little guys! As for XX-Large pups, our XL size will most likely fit since it’s designed with adjustable straps to accommodate larger breeds. Check the size chart to be sure, and when in doubt, go one size up for the best fit! 🐶🔥

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Pull Patch offers returns on all of our products within 30 days of when you placed your order. If you are not 100% satisfied, for any reason, simply fill out the form below, and one of our friendly Pull Patch Customer Service Representatives will gladly assist you.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags still attached. To complete your return, a sale receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that Gift Cards are non-returnable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on whether your refund has been approved or rejected, based on the criteria mentioned above. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of time.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If at least 14 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve already done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pullpatch.com to have a Pull Patch Customer Service Representative assist you further.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only items purchased at regular price may be refunded. Unfortunately, items bought on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Pull Patch will only replace your item if it was delivered to you as defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please contact us through the form below.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent back to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping
If you would like to return your product, please fill out the form below.
Customers pay for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. All items must be in its original condition, not damaged, and no missing parts. If the items are still in sellable condition Pull Patch will cover the cost of shipping.
Depending on where you live, delivery times for receiving your exchanged Pull Patch product may vary.
If you are shipping back an item that is worth over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
