Pull Patch Authorized Retailer & Online Sales Policy

Effective September 4, 2026

We value our retail partners and have established the following policies to protect the Pull Patch brand and support a healthy retail environment for everyone who carries our products.

1. Pricing

Current Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP) is reflected by the regular retail pricing shown on PullPatch.com. Current wholesale pricing is available through your Pull Patch wholesale account.

Retail and wholesale pricing may change from time to time, and retailers remain responsible for determining their own resale prices. Pull Patch may offer promotions, discounts, bundles, and other special offers through PullPatch.com.

2. Where You Can Sell Pull Patch

Authorized retailers may sell Pull Patch products through:

• Their approved physical retail store location(s)
• Their own dedicated retail website
• Their own branded social media accounts

Wholesale accounts and pricing are for the approved business only and may not be shared or used to purchase products on behalf of another business.

3. Third-Party Marketplaces

Pull Patch products may not be listed or sold on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Temu, Facebook Marketplace, auction websites, or other third-party marketplace platforms.

4. Resale to Other Businesses

Wholesale products are intended for resale directly to your customers. Pull Patch products purchased through a wholesale account may not be resold or supplied to another retailer, wholesaler, distributor, marketplace seller, or reseller for further resale.

5. Custom & AI Custom Patches

Wholesale pricing for Custom Patches and AI Custom Patches requires a minimum of 6 patches per design, per order. Quantities from different designs cannot be combined to meet the minimum.

Need fewer than 6? Individual Custom and AI Custom Patches can be purchased separately through PullPatch.com at the applicable retail price. Purchases of fewer than 6 may not be placed through a wholesale account.

6. Pull Patch Brand & Product Photos

Logo & Name

• Use the Pull Patch name and logo only to identify Pull Patch as the manufacturer or source of the product, including in product titles, descriptions, or references such as "Pull Patch hats" or "Distributed by Pull Patch."
• Use only official Pull Patch logo files provided directly by Pull Patch. Do not recreate, redraw, recolor, distort, or modify the Pull Patch logo.
• Do not combine the Pull Patch logo with other brands, logos, or marks in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement, or co-branding relationship beyond a standard reseller relationship.
• Do not use the Pull Patch name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests your business, website, social account, or store is owned or operated by Pull Patch.

Product Photos

• Authorized retailers may use official Pull Patch product-only photography to promote and sell Pull Patch products. Lifestyle photography or images featuring people may not be used.
• Product photos and descriptions must accurately represent the actual product being sold.

7. Policy Compliance

Failure to comply with this policy may result in cancelled orders, suspension of wholesale purchasing privileges, or termination of the wholesale relationship.

Pull Patch may update this policy from time to time. Continued wholesale purchases following notice of an updated policy will be subject to the current policy.
