Social Media Manager - Job Opening



We're currently looking for talented Social media freelancer or a micro agency with a focus on running Social media channels for e-commerce companies with at least 3 years of proven experience to manage social media for our company Pull Patch.

Pull Patch allows you to affix removable and interchangeable patches to hats, tags, and other items so that you can create the perfect look while barely making a dent in your closet. 

We are proud to offer quality Snapback hats and unique patches which speak to your own individuality. From spiritual and sports designs, to pop culture and patriotic patches (and many many more!), there is a Pull Patch hat and design for everyone, including menwomen and kids.


Create an A-Z Social media strategy - Plan, social media calendar, Audience building, Messaging, asset creation, and design, Competitors research, content strategy, Account Review & Goal Setting. 

Vendor Management - Establish a trusted relationship with our vendors, freelancers, and the Pull Patch team. Provide monthly insights & reports of the business status/progress, and best practices to get and stay ahead of the competitors.

Be the main point of contact for ongoing Pull Patch social media communication, have a monthly meeting, and communicate with the different stakeholders of Pull Patch.

Influencer Management – Establish a relationship with influencers. Build influencer campaigns that drive results. 

Social Media Platform Experience – Understand social media, advertising and e-commerce for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.…



At least 3 years’ experience in Social Media management including a proven track record of increasing sales through social media. 

A deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, constantly tracking the industry and competitor trends.  

A proactive, hands-on approach. Initiate conversations about ways for Pull Patch to improve and deliver above industry benchmark result

Strong presentation and knowledge sharing skills 

Excellent client management and communication skills

The projects are in the US but the work is completely remote.
